Change service type status

Changing a service type to Active in the Service Type section means that it can be seen and used in other parts of Cimpl (e.g., as a selectable choice in a menu elsewhere in the platform).

Making a service type Inactive in the Service Type section means that it is not show or can not be used anywhere in Cimpl (e.g., it will never be selectable anywhere in the platform).

Change Service Type status:

1. Go to Configuration > Administration > Service Types.
2. Click on the checkmark icon beside the Service Type you want to make Inactive. The icon changes to a stop icon.
3. Click on the red stop icon beside the Service Type you want to make Active. The icon changes to a checkmark icon.
